We analysed miRNA expression levels between MDR colorectal carcinoma cell line HCT116/L-OHP cells and their parent cell line HCT116 using a miRNA microarray.The expression levels of miRNA were determined by RT-PCR and quantitative RT-PCR . Those of protein were by Western blot analysis. Luciferase activity assay was used to verify the target genes of miRNAs. MTT assay was used to test the drug-resistant phenotype changes in cancer cells via overregulation of miRNAs. Flow cytometric analysis of DOX fluorescence and apoptosis.The xenografts was used to identify the the role of miR-297 .
