We performed miRNA expression profile in six Chinese patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and in peripheral B cells from pooled 30 healthy donors, using a platform containing 866 human miRNAs. The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Real-time quantitative reverse transcription-PCR and those of protein were by Western blot analysis. Luciferase activity assay was used to verify the target genes of miRNAs.
