The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) . Luciferase activity assay was used to verify the target genes of miRNAs. MTT assay was used to test the drug-resistant phenotype changes in cancer cells via overregulation of miRNAs. Cell migration was detected by transwell migration and invasion assay. Flow Cytometric Assay was used to determine if cells were viable, apoptotic, or necrotic. The activities of caspase-3 and caspase-9 in U87 and U251 cells were detected by a colorimetric assay kit . Tumor xenograft formation assay was used to test the role of miR-miR-204 .
