In this study, we investigated the role of miR-633, an oncogenic miRNA, in gastric cancer chemoresistance.The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and those of protein were by Western blot analysis. Luciferase activity assay was used to verify the target genes of miRNAs. TUNEL assay to detect cell apoptosis.
