drug basic information
Drug ID: DB00515 (APRD00359)
Drug Name: Cisplatin
Drug Method: The expression levels of miRNA were determined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and those of protein were by Western blot analysis. MTT assay was used to test the drug-resistant phenotype changes in cancer cells via overregulation of miRNAs. Flow Cytometric Assay was used to determine if cells were viable, apoptotic, or necrotic. Cell migration was detected by transwell migration and invasion assay. TUNEL staining was used to detect apoptotic cell death.
Drug Response: sensitive
Cancer basic information
Cancer: cervical cancer
Tissue/Cell: cell line
