In the study,we investigated the relationship between mir-26b and temozolomide resistance in gliomas.The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and those of protein were by Western blot analysis. wound healing assay, transwell invasion assay and MTT were used to detect the effects of migration, invasion and sensitivity to temozolomide of glioma when miR-26b was overexpressed. Western blot were used to detect the mechanism of migration, invasion and sensitivity to temozolomide MTT assay was used to test the drug-resistant phenotype changes in cancer cells via overregulation of miRNAs.
