In this study we utilized a miRNA array to compare the differentially expressed miRNAs in Taxol-resistant and their Taxol-sensitive parental cells.The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Quantitative Real Time PCR (qRT-PCR) and RT-PCR . Those of protein were by Western blot analysis. Luciferase activity assay was used to verify the target genes of miRNAs. Caspase-3 activation status was measured using the Caspase-Glo 3 Assay (Promega), etc.
