In this study, we describe that 16 miRNAs were found to be significantly down-regulated and 11 up-regulated in drug-resistant breast cancer tissues compared with drug-sensitive tissues, using a miRNA microarray. The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and those of protein were by Western blot analysis. Luciferase activity assay was used to verify the target genes of miRNAs.
