From a RNA-seq-based miR-omic analysis of the G-292, MG63.2 and SJSA-1 cell lines, we found that more than twenty miRNAs were differentially expressed by more than two-fold. Among them, miR-34a-5p was one of the most differentially expressed miRNAs in these cells. The expression levels of miRNA were determined byqRT-PCR and those of protein were by Western blot analysis.
