The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and those of protein were by Western blot analysis. MTT assay was used to test the drug-resistant phenotype changes in cancer cells via overregulation of miRNAs. Levels of phosphatidylserine on cell surface were quantitatively estimated by using Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and Propidium Iodide (PI) apoptosis detection kit.
