The expression levels of miRNA were determined by quantitative RT-PCR and those of protein were by Western blot analysis. Luciferase activity assay was used to verify the target genes of miRNAs. The CCK-8 assay was used to monitor the growth of the cells. Flow Cytometric Assay was used to determine if cells were viable, apoptotic, or necrotic. Cell migration was detected by transwell migration and invasion assay.
