In order to explore the potential mechanism of miR-760 in human breast cancer, gene microarray was carried out to detect the whole coding gene expression pattern after miR-760 overexpressed . The expression levels of miRNA were determined by Real-time RT-PCR . MTT assay was used to test the drug-resistant phenotype changes in cancer cells via overregulation of miRNAs. GO function and KEGG enrichment for differentially expressed genes were used to identify the significantly enriched biological terms and pathways.
